SAT 20-3-04--CUP--SKEM UTD RES 0-3 HALEWOOD TOWN-HT 0-2.. THIS MATCH WAS MUCH CLOSER THAN THE SCORE SUGGESTS,THE GAME BEING PLAYED IN A GALE FORCE WIND..THE UTD LADS GAVE AS GOOD AS THEY GOT BUT JUST DID NOT HAVE THAT FINAL CUTTING EDGE--ALTHOUGH RAWSTORNE(TWICE)-ASHTON(TWICE)& BERKLEY(TWICE),ALMOST FOUND THE FINISHING TOUCH IN THE 2nd HALF,AS THE UTD LADS THROUGH EVERYTHING AT THE TOWN DEFENCE--THE SKEM TEAM TRIED HARD & WENT DOWN FIGHTING..M.O.M's-PAUL RAWSTORNE(POWER-HOUSE)& JAMES BANAWICH(STEADY)..
