 Sometimes players are overlooked, that is inevitable I think, but you've got to remember that not everybody agrees with each other. It would be a sad world if everyone did. Sometimes I see things in players that nobody else ever sees, and it amazes me! I'll go as far as saying that at times I'd love to manage the team myself, but I soon realise I'm not cut out for it. That's the problem everybody thinks they can manage the team, and let's face it few of us can.

I think overall the reserve players have had great opportunities to represent the first team, and will continue to do so as long as they show they have the ability and the passion. As for Drew Hyland - I think he has great potential, and from what I've witnessed so far he will be an asset to the team if he decides to make a comeback. Like all young players he has flaws I'm sure he would agree himself, but I think Gally is the man to iron those problems out. You must agree though for a 19 year old he has bags of character & charisma?

Finally: Why you having a go at Drew? What's he done to you?
