Mike's a smashing lad, and puts in 110%. He gets plenty of mentions, sadly for the amount of misses in front of goal! He came from a Warrington team in the 2nd Division, where he scored many goals. This season is pretty much judgement time for him. He will have to stick the ball in the back of the net more often, otherwise the 110% effort will be all for nothing. Personally I would like to see him play wide in midfield, as his pace would destroy most teams in the NWCFL. Other than that I'm hoping he will prove everybody wrong and bag 30 goals by the end of the season!
