Gally will be judged on 42 League games, and not the position we are in now.

You seem to forget that he's also based the team on youth, giving many reserves a chance to progress. On the face of things the likes of Carl Osman & Jay McKane are growing in stature with every game, and the very same two players performed out of their skins against Newcastle...a game in which we dominated from start to finish...and won 4-0! I feel as though your comments are extremely premature considering that victory, and hope you aren't just feeling a little disappointed because we are out of both cups.

You say the players aren't happy...with their own form perhaps...hardly surprising since they've lost their 1st 5 league games, but I'm sure they will put that right. We have a good enough team to push for promotion...so the season is far from over.

As regards to support dropping off...in fairness it has been poor from the start, and is hardly surprising considering we are playing at Burscough. This is an awkward season for us because of this & the restructuring of the pyramid system. It would've been preferable if we were already sitting in our new stadium...but that's not the case. Nevertheless, we have a lot to look forward too especially with the management team we have. It will be a difficult season as it is...what we really need is all the support we can get from the people who bother to turn up.
