 If an 'outsider' may be allowed an opinion I went up to Selby Place on Thursday to see how the new ground was progressing. I did know the new buildings would be of the prefabricated modular type so was not surprised at what I saw.

I agree it doesn't look too great at present but I do think you are being a little harsh in your criticism and when the buildings are all fitted out inside, the stand and floodlights erected, the pitch laid, the fencing erected and the whole site tidied up I think you will be pleasantly surprised and end up with a smart new ground on which to take Skem forward.
