 Sadly Tony doesn't appear interested in rejoining the club this season - for what reason we don't quite know.

I thought Tony Morton was one of our most consistent players last season, and he did great job as a holding midfield player, something which we missed on Saturday. I just hope his Dad can talk him into coming back.

As for a disgraceful result...I agree it was a poor showing, but you have to hand it to Burscough they finished almost everything they started!

P.S. Average Burscough have a centre forward playing for them that probably earns half our weekly budget!!!
