Time for a change ?
Mick cole is without a good player but why isnt he playing right back were he was at blackburn with perhaps ste dee in his Mick's position.
Cole plays well in the adopted position but if ste dee can replace him, surely it strenthens the back up and gives you a defender who will link up with the midfield.

Just a thought but thats what pre season is for.
