im walking into this late and just have to throw in my two cents. im sorry that you found yourself in the situation you did and although i didnt have 100 dollars to send dosent mean i didnt send my prayers to you as well as others. im glad you are in a better situation at the moment. hopefully you will become stable and stay safe. with all of that said, i also dont think its very nice to call people assholes because they questioned you. after all, you posted to a community board, to fellow strangers, and not everyone knows who you are. perhaps if you were a regular poster to the board people would be more familiar with who you are like Jade and I. on top of that not everyone is in the position to send anonymous people money. in addition, how would people know you are in real need and NOT just some scam artist on the internet if they dont know you? hopefully you arent that trust worthy and willing to throw down money to just anyone. cause if you do you will learn fast about REAL scams. obviously people are going to question you, especially when they are wondering things like, where are your friends and family from Fresno? why arent they helping? i always saw you with a group of people in the Tower and at the club, where are they? i dont want to get into the details of your situation, but give people the benefit of the doubt. they dont know you from any other random person online, so its not fair or nice to call them names. yes goths judge people, its human nature. people are people. just because we like goth music dosent mean we are any less skeptical about getting burned. if anything, in my personal experience i think people here in the Fresno Goth scene are a bit more friendly than in larger cities with catty and burnt out scenes. but maybe people in your parts are way nicer. i hope so, for your benefit.
