I have to do it regularly. =) You can purchase sage from many "esoteric shops" It is usually purchased in the form of dried herbs that are bound. Fisrt I suggest cleaning your home *literally* and thoroughly. You will then light the sage as you would incence and ensure you fan the smoke into each corner of the room. Go room by room., every corner. You will say something like "drive away all negativity from my heart and this house, take away everything unworthy and impure." Do this until complete.
