You don't have to fear Negative energy it will always be there but it is no way more powerful than you are.
You are always in control.
It is very normal to have concerns about giving people messages. I don't read for people unless it�s planed.
That�s one of my rules. You have to keep yourself safe at all times so just don't read for someone who may not be receptive unless they have come to you for the reading.
Don't let fear control you. I know this sound funny but its true. If you have seen Star Wars Phantom Menace Yoda is talking to Anakin telling him he has too much fear he says.
Fear leads to Anger, Anger leads to Hate, Hate leads to Suffering. You are suffering now because of the fear you hold onto it is keeping from your true self.
Your lower self will use tricks like Ego and Fear to keep control over you and stop you from attuning to your higher self. Don't let it.
