This would have to be one of the most important subjects a Spritual person can invest there time in. Negative energy is all around us at work, the shops and at home. How can I protect my loved ones and myself? There are some simple things you can do to fend off these attacks. 1. Your aura is the first line of defense a strong aura will repel negative energy with ease. There are a number of ways you can cleanse your aura. Firstly, by eating a balanced diet and exercising. A healthy physical body is a healthy spiritual body. Second, you can take a shower, a simple shower. Don’t you feel cleansed and relaxed by a normal shower? This time visualize that you have negative energy in the form of mud all over. The Golden water that is coming out of your showerhead is cleaning all this negative mud off your body. Thirdly, in meditation image that there is a cyclone of white light above your head. It comes in through your crown chakra to your 3rd eye and all the way down to your root Chakra. Then spread the light outwards see it flicking off all debris that has accumulated in your aura it sucks it up and turns it into universal energy. 2. Now you have a clean aura we strengthen it with a Tower Of Light (TOL). The TOL is excellent for protecting you aura. Imagine that there is a white force field surrounding you it is as high as you want. It also goes deep into the Earth. You can do this any time. I keep mine there constantly anytime I think of it I close my eyes a strengthen it. I don’t suggest you close your eyes when you’re driving. 3. Your Home: You will need some supplies and elbow grease for this one. Let me just say that negative energy loves to cling onto clutter. So fist step is to clean like you have never cleaned before, and throw out al that old junk that sits there because sometime in the next 200 years you may need it. Throw it out of give it away. When I say big clean I mean it, attempt to have no dust at all in the house. Tops of doors, under the fridge everywhere! So give your self a full day for this. Try not to get outside family members to help. But it must be finished in one day and while there is light left. While you are cleaning keep in mind that you are cleaning out all the negative energy around your home. After you have finished cleaning get some salt water in a spray bottle. Salt water is a good cleanser. You can also use it for your crystals. So put the Salt water around the out side of your home, also around your windows and doors. The Salt water creates another with shield of protection but this time it encompasses your whole home. Next step is to get a Sage smudge stick. You can get these from your New Age store. As you walk around your home say a prayer this can be anything you like. But something along the lines of “ May the white light of divine live and protection keep our home and family safe for all negative energy”. Repeated the smudging in each room of your house. Spend as much time as you think each room needs. Apart from this there are some rally good book out there not the subject of spiritual protection I suggest you find one that finds you.
