The place is full of unfinished jobs because the owner likes to get the work really started and almost finished and then pulls the poor old lady routine and you never gety paid. She's been taken to court and then goes to the police to keep the contractors away from the property when they go to collect for the work they did. So, if you're thinking of doing some work for pay, 2974 Bainbridge in Bedford Park is a place to avoid. I'm just letting you know! This is a public service message.
