Thanks for your reply. I've gone through it systematically and figured out what's happening. I've got certain apps on a card that are mapped in QLaunch. Other apps are on the device.
If I take the card out and then put it back in and then launch qLaunch, then no problem, all associations ok. If I pull out the card, *leave it out*, and then launch qLaunch AND select one of the associations (i.e., Datebook/Long) referring to an app on the card, then that association is permanently lost. If I pick an association with an app located on the device, then no problem, that association stays. And if I do NOT select one of the associations referring to a card app, then that associations also stays there ok.
Note I'm not making a selection from the dropdown list, just opening up qLaunch and going through the associations. That's it.
I guess since it can't read the apps from the card, it defaults to Do Nothing, but only if you pick that association. Then it has no way to restablish the association when the correct card is put in.
So I just need to not open qLaunch if I change cards.
Anyway, could a change be made where it keeps the name of the app instead of defaulting to Do Nothing?
