A little more details please. How is your find launched? From QLaunch, or from the silkscreen. What version of QLaunch. What application are you in when the crash happens? What other notification or hack type programs do you have installed? Is it just with QLaunch on your Tungsten, or with QLaunch on your Tungsten and Enabled?

What happens when you disable QLaunch?
