Subject: One of these sickos is not like the other...

(Camera zooms in on Bladerunner, he is standing in the middle of a circle of fire. It is lit around him as it crackles and pops, the way the flames dance across him make him appear to be more ominous than he actually is. Bladerunner snickers slightly tapping his singapore cane against the palm of his hand as he looks around for a moment. Then his snicker turns into a laugh and all of a sudden it comes to an abrupt end.)

Bladerunner: Funny thing fire is..in it is the power to destroy or create. It can burn houses to the ground, or be used to make the edge on a sword. A little hobby I keep on the edge, blacksmithing. I am quite familiar with fire, and more so familiar with steel. So you can see I know both elements quite well. Let me just tell everybody what they should expect, in one match it will fullfill every little sadistic indulgence that they hate to admit. The pyro, that likes to light things on fire, the rage that when you just get REALLY pissed off and you picture you next door neighbor in the most recent edition of faces of death. You know those are those movies where they show real deaths..really disturbing shit. But I am a disturbed individual so what else can you say? Also that part of you that wants to see too people destroy each other, even you are too chicken shit to do it yourself.

(He holds the singapore cane out into the flame as watches as the tip of it slowly begans to catch fire as he gradually waves it in front of his face, intranced slightly by the flame as it moves back and forth, the reflection of it inside the mirrored sunglasses.)

Bladerunner: Let's first talk about the pyro aspect, almost everybody is entranced with fire..I know that I am...my first match in HWF was quite a good time, It was actually a creation of my comrade and stablemate at the time, Damien. You would know him as Hellraiser..if you followed of course. Damien had this sick idea for a match..he called it "Satan's Nightmare". Now what you are wondering is what kinda nightmare the devil himself can provide. In each corner of the arena there was a different way to inflict pain, First the match started in the ring. You had to throw your opponent through a table that was placed outside, step one fall from grace. Then you had hogtie your opponet with barbed wire..other steps fail but the last one you had to knock your opponent out and lay them on a bed...the light the bed on fire...as I done this I stared at the flame..and the screaming, It was a wonderful thing.

(He shakes the singapore cane and puts the fire out, and only a single tendril of smoke now rises from the tip of it.)

Bladerunner: Now Damien, he isn't coming back to the sport, he's taking a sabbatical away from the violence and bloodshed. Me other the other hand I am a different creature. I am like a dog tearing up a bloodie slab of meat. That slab of meat just happens to be a Hell in a Cell, Inferno match. Can't say I have been in either, but you know what, I look forward to it. But what about my back? That is the question that everybody is asking. What about Bladerunner's back? What about it? It's a bad back..Probably about as bad as a back can get. Do I care? Not really. Do I recognize that it could potentially be a bad situation. Sure.

(Bladerunner grins and turns around with his back to the camera, tapping the cane agaist the ground as he speaks, slowly shaking his head.)

Bladerunner: You see there is one thing I do best, I make no excuses..no questions, deep down I am a gladiator. This is like Christmas for me. Most kids wake up a nintendo or a bike. Me I get a bloody match and a chance to push myself to the limit. That is what I live for. Just when you are as far as you can get to the edge you push yourself just a little bit further.

(Bladerunner turns back around the expression on his face has changed to one of wicked delight as he faces the camera, the flames ecapsulated in his sunglasses.)

Bladerunner: Come monday, the heavens will fall, as it will be 'hell' on earth. A match of main event, pay per view proportions. People pay good money to see this stuff. It's free though in a tv taping. Where else would you see something like this. Only in America. I hope you are in for a hell of a ride Santiago. I live for matches like this, thrive upon them. Win or Lose...it is the reason I am still in the business. The reason I was banned from japan. The reason on the grander scale "Bladerunner" is not marketable.

(Bladerunner laughs and steps from the ring of fire)

Bladerunner: Because the FCC won't let me be, and MTV has labeled me. Often imitated...never duplicated. There have been many that -tried- to follow in my footsteps. They have too man worries, they don't want to scarred they say. They are scared of having bones broke they say. I am worried that after 5 years breakfast consists of painkillers and alchohol. Technicalities! Let me close in saying come Monday send the children to bed...and turn off the tv's in the old folks home...it is not going to be for the weak fo heart.

(The flames flare up as the camera fades to black)
