Subject: Aftermath of a Fiendish Friendship

(Scene fades in on The Cold Front. People are talking and drinking, a select few are making out in dark corners. There is a circle of onlookers watching what looks to be a scuffle. In the center of the ring of people is a huge bum holding a scrawny geek in a headlock, and screaming, "I'LL FUCKIN' KILL YA!!!" as the little guy is unsuccessfully trying to escape. The scrawny geek is none other than Timothy Matthews, indpependent sportscaster. The back door opens and out walks Karma and Lilith, both a little more at ease from the discussion with their ally, and Lilith's lover, "The Katalyst" Steve Roberts. Lilith shows Steve what's going on, and he smirks.)

Steve: Now there's a man who's having too MUCH fun!!

(Steve runs into the circle, and frees Matthews. The bum tries to fight Steve, but gets The Eternal Flame for his troubles, sending him crashing through a table to add insult to injury. Steve hands the bartender, a cute little woman named Kari, a couple of hundreds for the damages, and escorts Matthews to the bar.)

Timothy: Thanks, Steve. That big guy was trying to kill me, and all I did was smile at the bartender you handed money too!

Karma: Ahh, Kari. That big thug is her husband. You're lucky to be alive. But business awaits. We'll talk later, Stephen, Lilith. (Karma walks over to confront Sherri Cucumber for sneaking in.)

Lilith: I believe, Lover, that the conference went well.

Steve: Oh yeah, baby. I agree. Now Timmy, you're probably wonderin' what we chatted about huh? Well, I'll tell you. It was to get a feel for our alliance. She asked me what no interviewer around has asked since I got here, including YOU.

Timothy: And what is that?

Steve: Why, she asked what Steve Roberts wants! You see, I've been sulking in the shadows for a while, and I've seen some people here and there. Some of which are on my list. We know The Mysterious One is on that list, and others will be added. Bladerunner is first come Glory, and then more names.

Timothy: Any particulars?

Steve: Who here in HWA hold the championships? Captain Fear has the World Title, which by record books still is held by Kemono. Angel of Hate holds the National Championship, while "The Wannabe Franchise" holds the Honorable Belt. And Angel of Hate also holds the Tag straps with Brujah. You see, they are ALL on the list, because they hold gold! And any career-respecting HWA wrestler strives to become the top of the heap here! But one person I want a match with soon, is James West! You see, I told him stay outta my way, and when I took out The Mysterious One, that bastard tries stopping me! That's why he got tossed out of the ring that night. So be warned "Outlaw," I'm keeping an eye on you!

Now, other things discussed was my loyalty to Logan & DeSante. Used to be a man that received respect, no matter where he went. He was an idol for me to even get INTO wrestling. His name was "Lone Wolf" Richard King. His son was the 8-time World Champion known as Wulf. Jim Logan & Santiago DeSante are friends with that man, as I am, and therefore I allign myself with those two men. But my plans OUTSIDE of this union are mine alone. Ronnie had better beware, however, because The Katalyst seeks an Honorable Title reign!! Now, if you want any more answers, talk to Karma. (Steve points her out to Timothy, as he watches Sherri Cucumber get tossed out the door of the place. Timothy walks over to interview her, as Steve and Lilith enjoy a couple of drinks, and scene goes FTB)
