Subject: looking for info about an old slc radio show

I am looking for information about a radio program I think aired sometime around the early 90's. To the best of my recollection, it's about an obese child by the name of Timmy who had many short comedy episodes. Some that I can remember include his brain dead chicken named Sammy he nuked in the microwave to hide from the chicken police, another involves Timmy's crush on pop star Tiffany. If anyone knows of this show or can point me in a direction where I can get more info, I'd be greatly appreciative!
