I think she tracks out of Chicago, I think. Usually the DJ lives in the biggest market, producing a "live" show in the big market, and tracking the rest.

Although I hate voicetracking, I must give hats off to Randi West. She is able to be very convincing, and I'd be totally fooled if I didn't already know better. Certainly puts in extra effort to make it realistic.
