Lots of stations in other markets cross their talent over from station to station. Not only do you have the cost-effectiveness of voicetracking, you get a local talent. And yes that's Brian Foxx on both stations.

On stations like KOSY, there's no reason to really even have a live dj. Having a live dj on stations like that or FM100 is just an ego trip.
