Of those 10, you only got 4 doing good. Also it should be known that Mercury owns 3, because if they own more than 8 they can be considered a monopoly. And you know what that leads too... MONTHLY FINES! I don't like it either, but unless you plan on blowing up the building there isnt a lot you can do about it.
