The ratings are not just a reflection on their music changes but the fact that they lost their 15 year heartage morning show (Fisher, Todd, and Erin)

Yes they are a 1.9 now but is the last phase of the latest ratings they showed a lot of groth. Give it a couple more months. It will get there.
