I guess from his story he left for personal reasons but from what I hear he was a SLOTH when it came down to doing his job. A Simmons employee saw him relaxing on a bench at the Gateway in the middle of the week when he should have been at work. That same person has this to say about him, "He couldnt promote his way out of a wet paper sack".
