Big companies don't feel one jock can do it all. The biggest reason for importing talent, from other markets or even locally...is the fact that big companies are not willing to fork out the cash to staff a radio station with live djs around the clock anymore. The important dayparts baised on the format of the station get staffed with live jocks, and all the other dayparts get tracked.

If your a programmer and are told to track half your dayparts, your going to do everything in your power to make the tracked shifts sound as life as possible. And I have to say that CC does the best job pulling it off.
