I know that many of you have had it rough in this industry over the last several years. I too have war stories that would boggle the mind. After all I have been through, I still love radio and I am still committed to this industry.

Stay strong! Stay true to your ideals! Have a purpose larger than yourself! The industry is slowly starting to find out... this is a unique business! It's not like other industries where you can bring in a boat load of folks, spend a couple of weeks training them, and then turn them loose to go work miracles. It does not work like that in radio! Believe me, "the suits" are starting to realize that!

This industry is about one thing and one thing only... PASSION! That cannot be taught! That cannot be trained! And most importantly, that cannot be FAKED!

If radio is in your blood, like it is in mine, then stay true to your PASSION and don't give up the fight! THEY need us, more then THEY realize! We are the life blood! We are the truth! We are the light! SHINE ON!!!
