Twice, I have volunteered my services to the GM there. I even stooped as low as to wanting to do it for free, just so they can have sites. And she still refuses to let that happen.

Reminds me of Hot 97 in New York. The PD there was opposed to having a site. They didn't get one until she was fired. Maybe the GM here needs to get fired before Millcreek has any sites up.
