Ecard that had been previously written down to zero on ERG accounts, June 30th 2001 to June 30th 2002,which was reported to the ASX 12/9 audited on the 1/10-ratified 28/11 announced 29/11/02. sold to ANZ Telstra for 5 million ECard has retained its licence rights to the Proton technology owned by ERG 14/11/2002. The transaction is clear evidence it represents tangible value for the ERG Group.

Appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu ratified at AGM 28/11/2002---results of AGM 2/12/2002. Price Waterhouse Coopers having previously agreeing to resign as auditor with effect from the date of AGM--28/11/2002.

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu will audit the next accounting period 30/6/2002 to the 31/12/2002--reporting on or around March 11th 2003.
