Those who take up the offer are directed to the Season Ticket Desk, where their details are taken and produced for them within minutes on the FreezeFrame unit. The season ticket includes their photo, their name, the expiry date and their membership number. On the reverse side of the card, there appears the Trust's logo, address and details of season ticket entitlements. At the end of the day, all the information of the names and addresses of all the new season ticket holders are down loaded from FreezeFrame and imported into the Marketing Departments database. This allows a regular newsletter to be sent to the season ticket holders with the minimum amount of effort.
