Whoever the gloabl institution that decides to buy Proton off ERG later this month is--they have to pay milestone payments to ERG based on the number of cards they sell to ERG or one of it's customers--for instance if Proton flogs cards off to Octopus (as an example) Proton then has to pay ERG some dough. So wherever that happens in the world--if they sell a card to ERG or one of ERG's customers--ERG get a bit.
