If Cubic and Octopus win the Netherlands, if Proton supplies them with cards, part of that goes to ERG over the years from now in milestaone payments and this is set off against the provision made in the accounts with the transaction that will take place later this month.
As the money is earned it is brought to account and recovered against the written down value--in other words the better Octopus does the better ERG does a win by Octopus somewhere in the world has an effect on ERG financials for they are supplied by Proton.
Thats the gist of it.
