Very important to read 233 page doco--that is avaliable from the ASX--or in hard copy mailed to shareholders for the meeting on April 30th. I for one and I'm sure Walt does too--have a relaxed attitude to ERG at the NTA figure based on accounts as they stood at 30/12/02--with the sale of Proton which has been linked to a provision in ERG's accounts for 52.4 mill. This little company is going to do it once again--which is great news. Yes I wish Egoli would reconsider (someone else made that statement) my thoughts too. Regards,--WW.
