Agencies agreed Tuesday on the electronic fare plan. It includes a $31 million contract with ERG Co. of Australia for machines and software. The company also will receive $33 million in the first 10 years of operation. ------------------------------------------------------------ The seven agencies are Sound Transit, King County Metro, Community Transit in Snohomish County, Everett Transit, Kitsap Transit, Pierce Transit and the Washington state ferries.
