Lowest price traded for ERG shares on the 13th--and that was only a trade for 4,300 shares was 87c--a big sale went through at 90c---(1.900.000 on the 14/8/03 at 90c)--the 28/8/03's notice states--pertaining to consideration given--the term GBP1 on the 13/8/03 a vote was taken to wind Utilico International up--so from that date selling commenced.
