Assuming the full restructure. Including the rights Issue of $50 mlllion, had taken place as at 31 December 2002, and the PW sale had occurred, thE effects on the balance sheet as at that date would have been:

Net assets before 29 million after 311 million.
Interest bearing liabilities before 329 million after 87 million
Cash before 18 million after 113 million.
Net tangible assets before minus 147 million after 212 million
Interest bearing debt to equity before 1,134% after 28%
Michael Irishes pretty spot on that he posted here at Egoli--if I divide 212 million by 2929139061 which is the total after reconstruction including rights a figure of
1.38166936792452830188679245283019 is obtained rounding that 1.38.
