whilst any Excluded Notes remain on issue and are not converted. However, ERG is not prevented from declaring and paying dividends on Preference Shares during that period

ERG must not declare a dividend payable on Shares whilst any Excluded Notes remain on issue and are not converted. However, ERG is not prevented from declaring and paying dividends on Preference Shares during that period.
