Based in the LJnited Kingdom, F&C is a leading pan-European asset manager and currently manages over E92 billion. 'The current Directors o f ERG, Sandy Murdoch, Peter Fogarty, Mick Uollo, Greg Crew, David Iiu111ann and Robert Topfeer, are not associated with the Ingot Entities in any way. MI- 'Topl-er is a senior employee o f l3abcock 8 Brown and was recently appointed to the Board as a result ofthe support provided t o the Company by way ol- the l3abcock & Brown Facilities. If the Proposed Capital Restructure proceeds, the Ingot Enlilies have advised the Company that they will seek representation on the Board via the appointlnent of Mr Duncan Savifle.
