Subject: Password Getter Doesn't Work

When I go to the site to get the new password and username, it doesn't work. I click on the agree button, it goes to the site that tells you the stuff for a second, without telling you, then goes back to the agreement. Someone mentioned that they were having the same probablem a little while ago, but you didn't have a solution. I'm using I.E. 4
so there shouldn't be any Java problems, so what's the deal?
