Hahah, i would be afraid if i saw that, too. Here is what that says...
"I have started to BAN, yes thats right BAN people who hammer my FTP. For instance, the FTP was down for about a day. As soon as I loaded up my computer, 4 people were already downloading. Do they have a little camera on me showing my every move and when I open the FTP? Possibly, but doubtful. The only way they could have been doing this, is by hammering my FTP all night, or morning, or whatever. So I banned all 4 of them. PLEASE DO NOT HAMMER MY FTP! Its really damn annoying..."
So unless you're hammering, you have nothing to worry about...
