Your going to have to strip them down, and propably
fit a new set of seals.
Best to do it as soon as possible otherwise you risk
warping the disks (£100+ each).

Leave the calipers connected to the brake pipes,
Take the pads out (2 alan screws holing the thin plate
on the outside of the caliper, then the "R" shaped pin
holding the little bar)
Take the calipers off the bike.
Pull the brake lever to get the pistons out as far as possible (you may have to jam a spanner in the middle
of the caliper to stop one side pistons comming out too far.)

Disconnect the caliper from the pipes at the banjo joint.
Dont get the fluid on the painwork because it'll strip it.

With the calipers off undo the 4 alan screws holding the
2 halves together (dont loose the 'O' rings).
Pull the pistons out, dont use pliers ot grips on their
sides you'll ruin them.
Give them a good cleen out and fit the new seals.

Have fun bleeding the system when you re-fil it,
see the other posts here.
