Subject: What are the best tyres for a ZZR600 D1

Just servicing my bike up for the new year and I want to get a set of new tyres. I have had the bike a year, having had a NC30 before. The NC30 was shod front and rear with Bridgestones and stuck to the road like the proverbial to a blanket. The ZZR came with a michelin front and bridgestone rear. Both have tread left and being an accountant I don't want to waste money, but the front feels a bit vague when tipping into corners.

As I am looking for a set, and I am only a summer pleasure rider, what are the best tyres to fit? Any advice most appreciated.
