K-tric stands for Throttle Response Ingnition Control. It's a great idea. It's like a little rheostat that ic hooked to the throttle linkage on the side of the carb. As you twist the throttle the rheostat sends a low voltage signal to advance the timing. The thing that pisses me off is that if it goes bad, this little K-tric that is smaller than a peanut with a 5" wire 0n it COST $276.00 PLUS TAX. Mine needs to be replace it's rediculious!
