a while since i posted , i do apologise.
If ya remeber i had the zzr that would start then wouldn't then would, so on and so forth.
it would always run when bumped. after spending many trips back to the garage guess what it was?
The clutch switch.
the switch that lets you start up with the clutch in when in gear. it got so confused it irractically did what it wanted to.

Hope that helps someone out there, i spent hours with a multimeter,
