Could be petrol getting into the crankcase, if u leave your fuel tap on overnight petrol may be running past the piston rings into the crankcase. The bike will run ok when cold, but when hot the petrol evaporates and goes up breather into airbox and again into engine making the bike run richer and richer until it stops. It won't start again until cooler. Or could be a knackered battery and check out your alarm, it could be saping al the power.
