Subject: Clutch - ZZR1100(D)

Hi, am having problems getting the bike into 1st gear.

I have changed the master cylinder hydraulic seals and spring. I have cleaned and checked the slave piston and seal. It has new fluid which is bled through OK. I also took the rod out and check it was not bent, so thats also OK.

Now, I need to look at the clutch plate side of the bike.

Any recommendations on adjusting, servicing the clutch plates, springs etc etc so I can get the bike to select 1st?

Thanks,

RichardB
