Is the silver metal bit of the plug where the plug socket fits covered in oil too? If so the most likely cause is that your rocker cover is leaking oil into the plug hole and settling around the outside of spark plug and the threads are getting covered with oil as you unscrew the plug. Nothing to really worry about.
If you had a major problem with oil in the combustion camber the bike would smoke.
