Hi all,

Re dual front brakes for the ZZR250, try comparing front end (fork, clamp, tee-post etc) from a 400 (ZZR, GPX or GPZ)all are dual front so if they fit, next would be getting hold of a donor bike. Out of curiosity why? Single front in my ZZR more than enough to stop a 40HP/150kg bike decently. Should you be able to convert please post.

Re tires - don't know about the front, but I have changed my rear to 160/70-17 with noticeable improvement over the stock 140. There's a pic of the bike at http://www.bikepics.com/members/nasugbu1/
