I'm registered NPP (no political party). I registered Democrat initially but after being offered a job in our local county office building and being told I needed to change my affiliation to Republican to get the position I rethought all this political wrangling and garbage and decided I wasn't all that fond of either group and certainly didn't want to be locked in to one or the other, job or no job. BTW I DID get the job anyway but left after 2 years - long story. Anyway I am sorry to hear your town is corrupt but you're not alone...same problems here in NY and all over. In fact lots of corruption in every facet of corporate America these days, or at least more folks getting caught!

I don't agree with the governments stance on this pending war and am totally against sending troops to Iraq, the middle east, Afghanistan or anywhere troubles brewing!!!
