I don't know anything about this product...maybe doing an internet search will be helpful. What I do know is that most of the time people spend lots of money on exercise equipment only to have them become costly clothes hangers! LOL In response to your walking question - it's one of the best forms of exercise (along with swimming) and it's free, easy and good for much more than weight loss, heart health and bone strength (very important for us women). It is a good stress reliever and when the weather allows where I live I try to walk daily for at least 20 minutes. According to what I've read 20 - 30 min a day is plenty to achieve your goals. So pop on a set of headphones and start walking. :)
