Kastroinnin syy on taistelu perheen toisen uroksen kanssa. Tällä koiralla ei ole myöskään jalostusarvoa purentavian vuoksi...

Siinä tapauksessa kastrointi ei välttämättä tuo toivottua tulosta. Kokeile hormoonipiikkiä, niin saat vähän edes suuntaa siiitä onko kastroinnista tulevaisuudessa mitään hyötyä.

Meillä piiki toimi hienosti. Tarpeeton uho kotona jäi pois, mutta vieraat urokset saa kyytiä. Tosin kotona ei muita uroksia ole, mutta nartun asema laumassa näytti vahvistuneen, kun testosteronin määrä veressä väheni. Myös pentua kohtaan on lauhkea, kuin lammas. Ennen piikkiä uhitteli pennullekin ruokailu yms. tilanteissa.
