Mitä vaaditaan, että pääsee tuomarikoulutukseen? Pitääkö olla jo valmiiksi kehäkettu vai saako vihreämpikin tulla koulutettavaksi?

Ensi alkuun työmaa on tarkoitus käynnistää kokeneemmalla kaartilla.Eli henkilöillä joilla on kokemusta ja näkemystä pitemmältä aikaväliltä.Ja ovat olleet muidenkin luolakoira rotujen kanssa tekemisissä.
Kun saadaan kokemusta ja näkemystä asiaan on tietenkin niillä vasta-alkajillakin mahdollisuus asiaan pätevöityä.Toki alusta asti mukaan reisssuille jos vaan mahdollista.Lisäksi koiria ja paikkoja kannattaa tarjota koearvosteluihin.Opitaan nyt ensin itse kukin asia ensin kunnolla.
Asiasta ei tietenkään olla tekemässä mitään inkvisitio järjestelmää,vaan mukavaa toimintaa käyttökoira yhdistykselle.Ja tietenkin helpottamaan jahtimiesten jalostusvalintoja.
