Casino gambling is on a roll. The permanent population of Greater Las Vegas is projected to grow to 2.9 millions by 2020,while Atlantic City latest census 40 thousand. The revenues of Nevada casinos are greatly affected by the boom-and-bust cycles of the local areas, but in general we're talking about a highly lucrative industry here; premier gaming-industry shares are thriving,up 5 times past year lows,as gambling is hot,a license to make more money per square foot than any other business. According to TGI Nevada appraisals,casinos resorts should offer affordable, high-quality entertainment, unique themes including spas, focus marketing and credit services to high rollers. Any acquirer must rely on proven hospitality methods,demographic marketing techniques and excellent casino management.
